Waiter

JOB PURPOSE

Our waiters are required to ensure guest satisfaction is met throughout the meal experience by providing efficient and courteous service of food and beverage within the station, handling all transactions related to billing accurately and efficiently, enhancing the hotel’s reputation for excellence. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To meet and greet guests in a professional and efficient manner
  • To ensure that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately, allowing for corrective measures to be taken
  • To serve food and beverage according to guest's needs & expectations
